  • Check the quality of ingredients and maintain a clean and organized station.
  • Ensure that all Heart of House Standards, Safety, and Sanitation requirements are met at all times.
  • Work effectively as a team member to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Train using tablets or computer to stay up-to-date with our systems and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and understand prep recipes and line build procedures.
  • Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions.
  • Ability to deal with standardized situations with occasional or no variables.
Working Conditions

The Line Cook will be regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles from the kitchen, and occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions when in the dish area or walk-in cooler. Additionally, the Line Cook may be exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals when cleaning.
