Site Administration Specialist (Renewable Energy Sector)

Compensation & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct evaluations to assess the skill levels of newly onboarded personnel.
  • Plan and facilitate weekly orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Provide continuous training to employers regarding the implementation of the apprenticeship program, its sustainability, and adherence to federal and state regulations.
  • Monitor compliance with federal and state apprenticeship and prevailing wage regulations, ensuring all legal notices are prominently displayed at the worksite.
  • Perform daily inspections and lead inquiries into compliance issues related to federal regulations; liaise with employers on necessary corrective measures.
  • Ensure the delivery of the apprenticeship program aligns with client expectations and serves as a quality assurance measure.
  • Address and resolve issues and concerns from both employers and apprentices in a constructive manner.
  • Achieve certification as a core instructor and deliver core/safety training sessions.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in fields such as human resources, onboarding, administrative support, compliance, or project coordination.
  • Willingness to work on-site daily.
  • Ability to travel for initial training.
  • Strong proficiency in HR-related skills including verbal and written communication, multitasking, data analysis, coordination, prioritization, and organization.
