Job Overview:
TD Bank is seeking a skilled and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team in Montgomeryville, PA. As a key member of our retail banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring operational excellence in the store.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supervising day-to-day team activities, driving sales and customer engagement, and maintaining operational efficiency. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies that meet business objectives and enhance the customer experience. In addition, you will be responsible for mentoring and coaching team members to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service:
  • • Deliver legendary customer experiences by building trust, providing consultative support, and advocating for customers' needs
    • Develop strong relationships with customers through regular interactions and ensure their financial goals are met
    • Utilize customer relationship management tools to engage in needs-based conversations and resolve customer complaints

    • Team Leadership:
    • • Lead a high-performing team by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing feedback, and coaching employees to achieve their full potential
      • Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication within the store
      • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer engagement, and enhance operational efficiency

      • Operational Excellence:
      • • Ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively by managing cash handling, vault management, and other operational processes
        • Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees
        • Comply with all regulatory requirements and bank policies and procedures

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education:
  • • High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred

    • Experience:
    • • At least 2 years of related experience working with customers and/or sales in any capacity or equivalent

      • Knowledge and Abilities:
      • • Strong knowledge of bank products and services
        • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
        • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
        • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Compensation and Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary range of $24.00 - $33.50 USD per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for career development and advancement.
