About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned nurse with experience in orthopedic care to supervise our clinical staff and provide leadership in delivering exceptional patient care. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for orienting new staff members, providing guidance on clinical procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Master's Degree in Nursing is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical nursing, preferably in orthopedic care.
  • Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
  • BLS certification is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a healthcare setting.
  • Certification in a specialty area related to orthopedic care.

Estimated Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 per year

This salary range is based on national averages for Registered Nurses in similar positions and locations. It may vary depending on individual qualifications, experience, and performance.
