We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the pharmacy team in delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
- Operate cash registers and related equipment, process member purchases, and assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Assist with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases, stocking and securing pharmacy supplies and merchandise, and completing paperwork and other required documentation.
- Organize and maintain the pharmacy area, following company procedures and utilizing equipment appropriately.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless operations and provide support as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Pharmacy technician certification or training preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating equipment.
