Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Waterbury Hospital. As a Registered Nurse in Telemetry, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients in the telemetry unit
- Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery and/or procedures to ensure safe and efficient care
- Evaluate patient responses and revise plans of care as needed
- Implement physician orders and nursing interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote effective communication and coordination of care
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut
- Medical/Surgical procedures experience required
- Intravenous therapy experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
