We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our team at the Naval Nuclear Laboratory. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our Microsoft Office suite, Exchange, Skype, and Office 365 environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Microsoft Office Support: Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Office applications.
- Exchange Administration: Support Exchange Server administration tasks, including user mailbox management and troubleshooting email issues.
- Skype for Business: Help manage Skype for Business deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Office 365 Administration: Assist with the setup, configuration, and management of Office 365 services.
- General IT Support: Provide first-line support to end-users, addressing technical issues and escalating as needed.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Office 365.
- Familiarity with Exchange Server and Skype for Business.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
