- Administrative Tasks: Record-keeping, prescription filing, document storage, and other assigned tasks.
- Customer Service: Communicate clearly and concisely with patients, families, and staff, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to security measures and quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work independently and collaboratively with the pharmacy team to achieve daily operations goals.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Language: Fluency in Spanish
- Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to work effectively with diverse populations, and proficiency in information technology and electronic health records
