Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Safely operate a forklift to move pallets and other materials throughout the warehouse, supporting production requirements and loading/unloading customer trailers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that all materials are properly stored and secured.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and products.
  • Quality Control: Inspect materials and products for damage or defects, and take corrective action as needed.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
  • Skills: Forklift certification, strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a variety of environmental conditions.
