We are seeking a highly skilled Level 3 Cook to join our culinary team at Boyne Resorts. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of dishes, including stocks, soups, sauces, salads, and hors d'oeuvres.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare stocks, soups, and sauces to enhance the flavor and quality of our menu items.
- Make salads, vinaigrettes, and dressings to add a touch of elegance to our dishes.
- Prepare various hors d'oeuvres and appetizers to delight our guests.
- Prep, trim, and portion all protein and vegetable ingredients to ensure consistency and quality.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in culinary arts, excellent knife skills, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
