Sunrise Senior Living is a leader in senior care, and we're seeking a skilled Clinical Manager RN to join our team. As a Clinical Manager RN, you'll oversee the health and well-being of our Home Health patients, providing leadership and management to ensure the highest quality care.
Responsibilities- Oversee all clinical programs, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional patient outcomes.
- Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance, maintaining the highest standards of care.
- Train and develop 200+ clinical and home health aides, empowering them to deliver exceptional care.
- Travel within the Home Health geographic area approximately 50% of the time, providing on-site support and guidance.
- Maintain current Registered Nurse (RN) license, with 5+ years of RN experience, preferably in Home Health.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a skilled nurse, long-term care, hospital, or home health environment, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Proven ability to delegate and oversee care, with excellent judgment, time management, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Ability to be on call during weekends with flexible hours during the week as needed for patient care.
