As a BCaBA, you will work closely with our Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP), Supervisor, and team of BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Interventionists to provide comprehensive applied behavior analytic (ABA) assessment and clinical services for children and adolescents with Autism spectrum disorders, developmental disabilities, behavioral disorders, and/or other related conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the QSP and Supervisor to oversee programming for identified clients
* Provide training to caregivers and conduct behavioral assessments of clients
* Design behavior and individual support plans for clients with a BCaBA
* Assist with coordinating, scheduling, communicating, and evaluating the effectiveness of functional assessments, behavioral evaluations, and behavior plans for clients on your caseload
* Maintain a weekly billable caseload of service hours as directed by the Clinic Manager/Assistant Clinic Manager

Requirements:

* Adhere to the BACB's Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts
* Comply with all regulatory and statutory rules in the state of Minnesota
