Solutions Behavioral Healthcare Professionals is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Licensed Psychologist to join our outpatient team in St. Cloud, MN. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary treatment team, you will provide clinical and professional leadership to our office, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, accessible mental health services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans for children and adults with a wide range of mental health disorders
- Provide clinical supervision to interns and other staff in the process of licensure
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure best service planning and implementation
- Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure adherence to agency standards
- 3rd party credentialed/eligible and licensed in Minnesota
- Pass a criminal background check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conceptualize cases and plan for effective treatment, including crisis management
