Job Summary

The Behavior Interventionist 3 is a critical role within Solutions Behavioral Healthcare Professionals, responsible for providing intensive behavioral intervention services to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays. This position requires a deep understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and strategies, including DTT, PECS, and other evidence-based interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct ABA therapy in individual and group sessions, consistently implementing individualized treatment plans as written and directed by the BCBA or IBI Supervisor.
  • Complete session documentation using the Hi Rasmus program, ensuring accurate and timely recording of services rendered.
  • Participate in supervision sessions with the BCBA and/or MHP, maintaining professional and technical knowledge through the supervision process.
  • Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients, adhering to agency standards for expected ethical behavior.
Requirements
  • Hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a behavioral or child development science or related field, with a minimum of 1000 hours of experience in the autism field or equivalent certification.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of DTT, PECS, and other ABA strategies, as well as the ability to work independently and maintain a flexible schedule to meet client needs.
  • Meet Minnesota DHS qualifications as a Level 2 provider, possess a valid driver's license, and have current automobile insurance and a reliable vehicle.
