Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team as a Positive Behavior Support Specialist. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will work directly with individuals and their caregivers to develop and implement proactive, person-centered treatment plans to build new skills and address challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with individuals and their caregivers to develop and implement treatment plans that utilize the principles of positive behavior support, applied behavior analysis, and person-centered practices.
  • Provide assessment and intervention services in the individual's home, workplace, or other community setting.
  • Support parents and caregivers in developing their capacity to problem-solve, teach, and collect data to support individuals in developing new skills and reducing challenging behavior.
  • Communicate with other service providers to ensure coordination of care.
  • Provide feedback to support efficient workflows and team collaboration.
