We are committed to enhancing and improving the lives of individuals with Autism through evidence-based practices like Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our goal is to provide high-quality, frequent supervision and ongoing professional development to create the best possible outcomes for those we serve.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to work directly with clients on the Autism spectrum in their homes or schools. As an ABA Specialist, you will be responsible for providing direct instruction and programs to increase communication, daily living skills, social skills, play skills, and more.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing challenging behaviors
  • Supporting clients with Autism in various settings, including homes, schools, and community environments
  • Finding creative ways to motivate clients to learn
  • Communicating effectively with clients, their families, and therapy teams
  • Collaborating with other therapists, providers, and caregivers for effective program implementation
