Role Summary
We are in search of a Lead Program Coordinator to assist field leadership in managing various in-school enrichment and childcare initiatives. Your support for an Area Manager will significantly influence the operations, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability of the programs under their leadership.

Key Responsibilities
In collaboration with and under the guidance of the Area Manager, you may be involved in various aspects of the business, including but not limited to:

  • Providing coaching, guidance, and immediate feedback to Right At School program team members.
  • Conducting audits, coaching, and training staff to ensure adherence to all relevant Right At School, licensing, and district-specific regulations and expectations.
  • Supporting the Area Manager's established protocols to guarantee the safety and security of children during the Right At School program.
  • Building strong relationships with school administration, parents, and/or PTA organizations to ensure the successful delivery of all Right At School programs and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinating educational elective programs for the assigned area as needed.
  • Reviewing and analyzing electronic data such as enrollment information, timekeeping records, and file maintenance; taking necessary actions based on the findings.
  • Meeting and reporting regularly to the Area Manager regarding program, site, and staff performance.
  • Maintaining accurate records.
  • Administering light first aid when necessary.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Experience working with school-age children in a recreational program or childcare/education setting.
  • Assertiveness and confidence, along with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Essential Abilities
Successful candidates will be able to:

  • Make independent decisions on issues that do not require oversight.
  • Prioritize critical tasks over routine ones and manage schedule demands while recognizing key issues.
  • Multitask effectively, meet deadlines, and adapt smoothly to rapidly changing work priorities and schedules.
  • Travel extensively throughout assigned programs, dedicating significant time to program duties.
  • Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 15 pounds for a limited portion of the workday.
  • Engage in physical activities such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling for brief periods.
  • Stand, sit, walk, or otherwise move around for extended periods during the workday.
  • Communicate effectively and engage in cognitive tasks throughout the workday.

Education Requirements
A High School diploma/GED is required, with a Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred. Candidates must meet state-specific guidelines for the role and be at least 21 years of age. First Aid and CPR certification is required.
