Team Rehabilitation is a network of therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy clinics in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia. Our mission is to provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. As a Physical Therapy Technician, you will:
- Prepare patients for physical therapy, providing a welcoming and comforting experience
- Display exceptional customer service skills and follow the plan of care established by the therapist
- Assist therapists with non-clinical tasks and support patients in achieving their therapy goals
- Educate patients on proper equipment use and assist with light exercises and strengthening techniques
- Ensure effective communication with patients, physicians, and staff members
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area and comply with all procedures and regulations
