Team Rehabilitation is a network of therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy clinics in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia. Our mission is to provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. We strive to create a welcoming environment where patients can achieve clear improvements in their health.
Our clinics receive high levels of patient satisfaction, and our patients experience objectively measurable outcomes. Our strategy, based on excellent quality and patient satisfaction, is gaining momentum. Since our inception in 2001, we have grown across Michigan and into Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia. We continue to expand our services to make physical, occupational, and speech therapy more accessible to our patients, their families, and friends.
Responsibilities- Prepare patients for physical therapy, providing a comfortable and supportive experience.
- Display exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive interaction with patients, physicians, and staff.
- Follow the plan of care established for the patient by the therapist, providing assistance and support as needed.
- Educate patients on proper equipment use and assist with light exercises and strengthening techniques.
- Ensure effective communication with patients, physicians, and staff, including follow-ups as necessary.
- Maintain a professional relationship with patients, providing a pleasant and respectful experience.
- Prepare and maintain treatment areas, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
- Comply with all procedures, rules, and regulations, maintaining a high level of productivity and recording progress for therapists.
- No required education or experience necessary.
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills required.
- Ideal candidate will be pursuing a physical therapist or other healthcare degree.
- Must be committed to Team's initiative of making Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion a priority, bringing a sense of belonging and empowerment within a diverse workforce.
