WMS Process Quality Lead

Job Summary:

Ethicon, part of the Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices Companies, is seeking a highly skilled WMS Process Quality Lead to support the day-to-day operations of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and its supporting systems for the MedTech Memphis Logistics Center (MLC) and our Satellite Distribution Center (SDC) network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a Concept of Operations on how the DC will use key systems including the WMS, WCS, LMS, and other ancillary systems.
  • Ensure all WMS processes and related functionality meet quality and operations guidelines.
  • Lead multi-functional teams to validate systems in accordance with current GxP, IAPP, and security guidelines.
  • Act as SME for Quality to define future functionality and enhancements.
  • Partner with internal and external customers to define critical test scenarios and validation criteria.
  • Effectively communicate across multi-functional teams and leadership, status for key initiatives, project landmarks, risks, and opportunities.
  • Manage risks reliably, identify potential problems early, and assist in resolving or raising issues as appropriate.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required; focused degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Systems, or Business preferred.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Medical Device sector/industry experience.
  • Minimum five (5) years of related distribution Quality validation experience.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Proven track record working in a multi-functional team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a multi-layered environment.
  • Attention to detail and a drive for ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Preferred:

  • E2E supply chain knowledge and experience.
  • Experience in SAP Order To Cash or ERP order management processes.
  • Experience in Ethicon, Endo &CSS Supply Chain processes.
  • Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficient in SQL.
  • Agile or Water Fall SDLC Methodology knowledge and experience.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or APICS methodologies knowledge and/or certifications.

Other:

  • Ability to travel 5-10% of the time, domestic required.
