Job Description

City Brewing Company is seeking a highly skilled Process Lead to join our team. As the data and analytics owner of the production line, you will provide analytical knowledge to support standards creation for loss elimination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prioritize, and eliminate losses associated with the production line.
  • Build process capability and control, including data analytics and process improvement.
  • Provide feedback to design and lead smart standardization deployment.
  • Coach line operating teams on technical process understanding.
  • Define equipment standards and collaborate with team members.
  • Lead change management and validation processes.
  • Develop capability for process failures technical troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with Line Leaders and Equipment Owners to develop new standards.
  • Own critical product and process parameters data collection and analysis.
  • Prioritize and communicate improvement opportunities.
  • Eliminate or reduce losses through process or work system changes.
  • Participate in daily direction-setting process.
  • Standardize equipment and work processes.
  • Share and reapply learning across processes, modules, and plants.
  • Prepare and give training on process/equipment changes.
  • Take part in planned stops and RCOs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in statistical data analysis and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Leadership skills to work as a mentor to peers and subordinates.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High level of proficiency working with Excel.
