Position Overview

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and imaginative Visual Communication Specialist to become a vital member of our Design & Development team at StoryBrand & Business Made Simple. In this position, you will engage in a diverse range of design initiatives, including but not limited to: social media visuals, educational workbooks, promotional materials, landing page designs, presentation decks, and branding kits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create visually appealing assets for our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Develop captivating presentation decks for webinars, workshops, and on-demand training sessions
  • Design landing pages utilizing our established templates within WordPress
  • Produce merchandise mock-ups for welcome kits, renewal packages, and live events
  • Assemble branding kits for the certifications we offer (badges, design components, promotional items, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Strong grasp of design fundamentals, typography, color theory, and layout strategies
  • Capability to juggle multiple projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a discerning eye for aesthetics
