About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Visualization Engineer to join our team at Humana. As a Data Visualization Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures
  • Create engaging, interactive dashboards and reports with Power BI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively gather and interpret data requirements
  • Manage the lifecycle of data visualization projects from inception to deployment and beyond
  • Apply best practices in data visualization to enhance user engagement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in data analytics, specifically in building user interfaces, visualizations, and algorithms
  • Demonstrated experience with Power BI for data visualization and analysis
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as SQL, R, or Python
  • Excellent analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to simplify complex data for insightful decision-making
