At Fortune Financial, we are seeking an experienced Senior Client Service Representative to join our team. This is a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences and requires a high level of initiative, customer relationship building, confidentiality, and time management.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can provide superior client service, support day-to-day business operations, process transactions, prepare information for client meetings, and maintain the client relationship database. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences and be proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional client service while interacting directly with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Business Operations: Support day-to-day business operations related to opening and servicing accounts for insurance, investments, and 401(k) products.
  • Transaction Processing: Process account trades and other transactions as directed by the Advisor, with proper licensure.
  • Client Meetings: Prepare information for client meetings and follow up on tasks after meetings to ensure seamless execution.
  • Client Database Management: Maintain and manage the client relationship database (RedTail), ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements
  • Possess Series 6, or 7, and 66 securities licenses.
  • Previous securities/financial services experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Strong passion for delivering outstanding client service, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Organized, accurate, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
