We are seeking a seasoned Medication Therapy Expert to join our team at Flatbush BH Pharmacy Corp. As a subject matter expert, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing medication therapy plans that optimize patient outcomes.

- Conduct patient assessments to identify medication-related problems and recommend appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor medication therapy outcomes and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients on proper medication use, potential side effects, and drug interactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

- Acute pain management: Proficiency in managing acute pain through appropriate medication therapy
- Aseptic technique: Knowledge and adherence to sterile techniques in compounding sterile products
- Utilization management: Skill in optimizing medication use while minimizing costs
- ICU (Intensive Care Unit): Experience in providing pharmaceutical care in critical care settings
- Pain management: Expertise in managing chronic pain through pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions
- Critical care: Ability to provide pharmaceutical care in high-acuity settings, such as intensive care units
- Patient service: Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service to patients
- Medical management: Knowledge of medical conditions and treatment options to support comprehensive patient care
- Patient assessment: Proficiency in conducting thorough patient assessments to identify medication-related issues
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $170,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
