Job Title:Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Summary:ADEAF Inc. is seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide high-quality support to families of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to assess their behavior and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and healthcare professionals to create individualized plans.
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans to promote positive behaviors.
  • Train and work directly with parents to support their child's development.
  • Administer and interpret assessment tools to inform treatment plans.
  • Generate reports and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:
  • Active BCBA certification.
  • Ability to supervise Direct Intervention Specialists (RBTs).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Compensation:
