Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments with property owners to conduct thorough property inspections.
  • Photograph and evaluate the overall condition of properties, identifying potential areas of risk.
  • Communicate effectively with property owners, insurance underwriters, and other stakeholders.
  • Complete detailed reports of inspections, including photographs and measurements.
  • Follow carrier instructions and maintain quality standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
  • Travel to perform field inspections in the designated geographic area.
Requirements
  • Reliable vehicle, computer, smartphone, and internet connection.
  • Observant and curious nature, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to take clear photographs and accurately measure square footage.
  • Strong time management and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including typing, uploading, and downloading documents.
  • Background in construction, firefighting & safety, real estate, or previous military service is beneficial.
  • Must reside in the designated geographic area.
