Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Third Party Solutions Specialist to join our team at Ampcus. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, meeting sales and revenue targets, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through the purchase decision, installation process, and education of Telecom products and accessory offerings.
- Meet established sales, retention, and customer experience targets.
- Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice and recommendations.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in sales, retail sales, or a related field.
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds to manage stock room inventory.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work at various retail locations.
- Computer literacy and aptitude for learning communication products and services.
