Key Responsibilities
  • Production Operations: Perform tasks according to established protocols, provide technical support, and ensure clean and organized work areas.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering) with 2+ years of experience in a laboratory or cGMP environment.
  • OR High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years of experience in a laboratory or cGMP environment.
  • Knowledge of chemistry, biochemistry, math, and general science.
  • Laboratory and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with laboratory instruments, production equipment, process techniques, unit operations, analytical techniques, and safe chemical handling methods.
  • Strong communication, troubleshooting, interpersonal, organizational, computer, and mechanical skills.
  • Knowledge of ISO Quality standards.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity and coordination.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, twist, crouch, crawl, and perform repetitive movements.
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Exposure to non-weather-related conditions and noise.
