Key Responsibilities- Production Operations: Perform tasks according to established protocols, provide technical support, and ensure clean and organized work areas.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain accurate and complete records, ensure compliance with quality guidelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external customers.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement new processes and procedures, improve existing processes through scientific knowledge and principles, and provide technical support and training to personnel.
- Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering) with 2+ years of experience in a laboratory or cGMP environment.
- OR High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years of experience in a laboratory or cGMP environment.
- Knowledge of chemistry, biochemistry, math, and general science.
- Laboratory and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with laboratory instruments, production equipment, process techniques, unit operations, analytical techniques, and safe chemical handling methods.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, interpersonal, organizational, computer, and mechanical skills.
- Knowledge of ISO Quality standards.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or move up to 50 pounds.
- Manual dexterity and coordination.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, twist, crouch, crawl, and perform repetitive movements.
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Exposure to non-weather-related conditions and noise.
