Position Overview
The Automotive Maintenance Technician is an entry-level role responsible for executing basic maintenance tasks on customer vehicles. This position demands strong teamwork and the capacity to perform repetitive, complex tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct oil changes, tire rotations, tire balancing, and battery testing.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
  • Utilize the multi-point inspection form accurately for each vehicle.
  • Engage in product and technical training as directed by management and manufacturers.
  • Ensure customer vehicles are returned in the same or better condition than received.
  • Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training and educational programs.
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge of new technologies and practices.
Qualifications:
  • Automotive technical school certifications are preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
  • Apprenticeship experience is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and teamwork spirit are essential.
  • Must be at least eighteen years of age.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Basic tools are necessary.
  • Must pass pre-employment screening, including background and drug tests.
