We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Systems Analyst to join our team in North Chesterfield, VA.

About the Role

This is a full-time, 9-month contract position working on-site at our client's headquarters. As an Enterprise Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting with the enhancement and support of sex offender management systems, including client interfaces. You will work closely with clients to replace paper-based processes with automated ones and create DocuSign eSignature forms and workflows that interface with various systems.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Lead the review, analysis, and evaluation of current business systems, analyze, recommend, and implement process improvements.
  • User Requirements: Create and evaluate user requirements and system needs.
  • Requirements Elicitation: Elicit requirements using techniques such as brainstorming, data mining, document analysis, and interviews with users.
  • Requirements Artifacts: Produce requirements artifacts like field definition matrices, business rules, interface requirements.
  • Gap Analysis: Perform gap analysis on existing requirements in conjunction with current business needs.
  • Organizational Change Management: Contribute to and drive a collaborative effort to support organizational change management.
  • Risk Analysis: Facilitate risk analysis.
  • Test Planning: Participate in the creation and subsequent reviews of project test plans.
  • User Acceptance: Lead all final user acceptance efforts with business stakeholders.
  • Application Roles and Access Rights: Define roles and access rights needed for applications; represent client's interests with vendors and collaborate with them to help meet project needs.
  • Training and Support: Create training materials and provide end-user training.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • DocuSign Experience: Develop DocuSign eSignature forms and workflows, including customizing form behaviors using JavaScript (5+ years of experience).
  • Business Analysis: Strong organization, administrative, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills (5+ years of experience).
  • Candidates: Candidates should highlight any experience working on criminal justice projects (5+ years of experience).
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $110,000 - $140,000 per year, based on the title, job description, and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
