Job Description

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting business owners to educate them on FinTech's payment solutions. You will work directly with a dedicated sales director to learn sales strategies, our technology, and how to develop your territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meeting with business owners to introduce FinTech's payment solutions
  • Developing relationships with local business owners and identifying new sales opportunities
  • Working closely with our sales support team to provide exceptional customer service
  • Finding the right payment solution for each business, including point-of-sale systems, mobile solutions, contactless payments, and e-commerce options
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven sales experience with a minimum of 1 year in B2B or B2C sales
  • Self-motivation and drive to work independently without supervision
  • Excellent communication skills for pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Able to meet sales targets and consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas
  • Reliable transportation for local or regional travel
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in commission-only roles with a proven track record of success
  • Industry knowledge in payments, real estate, SaaS, or other relevant fields
  • Technology proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software
  • An existing network of business connections or leads
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and grow a client base
