About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Sales Engineer to drive revenue and profitability growth for our Telecom Services throughout the United States. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical direction and support to product and service sales, working closely with internal cross-functional teams to execute key strategic initiatives.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Assist in selling medium to large inside DC plants along with installation services for customers based in the United States.
  • Follow up on new sales leads for Telecom Services and focus on developing long-term relationships with new customers that have significant potential.
  • Develop strong rapport with internal cross-functional groups to optimize pre- and post-sales activities ensuring high customer satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Regularly schedule in-person customer visits to improve customer relationships and generate new service purchase orders.
  • Submit monthly forecast projections to confirm adequate product stock levels to achieve revenue projections.
  • Attend weekly team calls to provide meaningful updates.
  • Create and maintain sales opportunities in CRM system.
  • Develop customer proposals, sales presentations, and quotations as required for customers.
  • Maintain service plans for management review upon request.
  • Ability to work with in-house Legal team to understand and negotiate basic terms and conditions for NDAs and MSAs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or similar related discipline is highly preferred.
  • Two to Five years of direct experience in Sales and Services in the Telecom Industry.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute under minimal supervision.
  • 40% travel expected.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written).
