We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Car Wash Crew Member to join our team at Sam's Xpress Car Wash. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct guests to the entrance of the wash station and guide automobiles onto the conveyor of the automatic mechanism
  • Clean the front and rear of vehicles using a brush and detergent
  • Activate the wash mechanism and observe its operation to detect any issues with a focus on safety and service
  • Assist guests with the pay station and product and services
  • Greet and engage with guests after their wash is complete
  • Ensure the quality of the car wash service
  • Assist with the opening and closing of the operation, including cleaning duties

Requirements:

  • Great customer service focus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Possess and display a positive attitude
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Willingness to submit to and ability to pass all pre-employment testing

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to stand for long periods of time in all weather elements, including very cold and hot weather
  • Frequently required to use hands to finger motions and reach with arms and hands, standing for the majority of the time
  • Regularly required to lift and/or move items up to 20 pounds without assistance, occasionally required to lift and move items up to 25 pounds with assistance

Work Environment:

  • This position will work at a job site location and be exposed to the weather elements at all times
  • Hours of work include, but are not limited to, the hours of operation, which are 7 days a week, 7:30AM-9:00PM, closing only on Christmas
