Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide outstanding customer service to clients regarding their extended warranty contracts.
  2. Gather essential information from customers via phone interactions.
  3. Evaluate and process insurance claims by reviewing necessary documentation and records.
  4. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to claims, warranties, and product services.
  5. Facilitate service coordination for clients through various service providers.
  6. Ensure claims are settled in accordance with policy guidelines.
  7. Maintain and update customer account information as required.
  8. Report any suspected fraudulent claims to the appropriate departments.
  9. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to resolve complex claims and customer concerns.
  10. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
  11. Uphold professionalism in all interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.
  12. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in computer systems and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, basic navigation skills).
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service with a positive demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish are advantageous.
  • Previous call center experience is preferred.
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
  • Dependable and reliable.

Training:

Comprehensive training will be provided over a four-week period, with a schedule from Wednesday to Sunday.

Shift Differentials:

Employees will receive a 10% pay increase for shifts starting after noon on weekdays and for any hours worked on weekends.

Note:

Opportunities for overtime will be available.
