Role Overview:
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that offers a promising career trajectory. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our extended warranty contracts by delivering exceptional service to clients who have acquired warranties for their wireless devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients regarding their extended warranty contracts.
- Gather essential information from customers via phone interactions.
- Evaluate and process insurance claims by reviewing necessary documentation and records.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to claims, warranties, and product services.
- Facilitate service coordination for clients through various service providers.
- Ensure claims are settled in accordance with policy guidelines.
- Maintain and update customer account information as required.
- Report any suspected fraudulent claims to the appropriate departments.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to resolve complex claims and customer concerns.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
- Uphold professionalism in all interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in computer systems and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, basic navigation skills).
- Demonstrated experience in customer service with a positive demeanor.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish are advantageous.
- Previous call center experience is preferred.
- Able to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
- Dependable and reliable.
Training:
Comprehensive training will be provided over a four-week period, with a schedule from Wednesday to Sunday.
Shift Differentials:
Employees will receive a 10% pay increase for shifts starting after noon on weekdays and for any hours worked on weekends.
Note:
Opportunities for overtime will be available.
