We are currently seeking a Front Desk Clerk to provide outstanding service at our hospitality location. In this role, you will ensure that every interaction with guests is positive and memorable, from their arrival to their departure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests and owners upon arrival.
  • Facilitate the check-in and check-out processes.
  • Prepare invoices and process payments.
  • Handle housekeeping and maintenance requests, coordinating with the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain and replenish front desk supplies, including arrival packets and local information.
  • Manage phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Experience with cash handling is preferred.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
