We are currently seeking a Front Desk Clerk to be an integral part of our operations at VCA South Bend. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that every interaction with our guests is positive and memorable, from their arrival to their departure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests and owners upon arrival.
  • Facilitate the check-in and check-out processes.
  • Prepare invoices and handle payment transactions.
  • Address housekeeping and maintenance requests by coordinating with the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain and replenish front desk supplies, including preparing arrival packets and local information.
  • Manage phone inquiries and direct calls as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in customer service is essential.
  • Experience with cash handling is preferred.
  • A professional and courteous demeanor is required.
  • Basic computer proficiency is necessary.
  • Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
