Position Summary:
Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment, and physical structures within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Align sheaves and V-Belts using precision tools.
- Adjust and inspect gaskets on pumps.
- Assemble, install, and maintain piping systems along with hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
- Inspect and repair clinker cooler components.
- Evaluate and fix Kiln parts, including nose rings, tires, rollers, thrust systems, and girth gears.
- Inspect and repair liners, center screens, and diaphragms in the Finish Mill.
- Assess and repair bearings and rotors on separators, as well as components on air conveyor systems.
- Inspect and replace airslides, compressor couplings, screw conveyors, and conveyor components.
- Examine and replace bags and cages in dust collectors.
- Inspect and repair blower V-belts, filters, air cannons, and associated parts.
- Inspect, align, and replace components of belt and chain conveyors.
- Inspect and replace fan and rotor bearing alignments.
- Inspect and repair tables, bearings, and tires in the Raw Mill.
- Inspect and repair pneumatic equipment using blueprints.
- Inspect and repair hydraulic systems using blueprints.
- Inspect, repair, and replace bearings, bull rings, and seals in Coal Mill journals.
- Perform precision alignment using dial indicators and lasers.
- Maintain routine management and documentation.
- Execute rigging of heavy loads.
- Conduct 5S cleaning and lubrication.
- Demonstrate welding skills and operate cutting torches and welding equipment.
- Participate in the 5S Housekeeping Program within the facility.
- Fabricate from prints and sketches accurately and promptly.
- Repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.
- Conduct root cause analysis.
- Operate mobile equipment.
- Perform machinist duties.
- Maintain cleanliness in maintenance areas.
- Repair and maintain Gators and trucks.
- Assist the Process Attendant in the Pre-Heater Tower.
- Respond to all corrective calls from Production.
- Adhere to SPCC - spill control procedures.
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and practices.
- Assist with other departmental needs as required.

Must be able to provide instruction, direction, and support to outside contractors for special projects or plant outages. Promote and adhere to all plant safety guidelines.

Additional duties may be assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of a certified Millwright or Industrial program.
- Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in mechanical maintenance.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend warning labels, instructions, and signs.
- Willingness to learn; training will be provided.

Work Environment:
- Work will be performed in both shop and outdoor settings, with exposure to cement dust, heat, cold, and noise, necessitating compliance with safety guidelines.
- Potential exposure to high elevations of up to 250 feet.
- Normal operation of mobile equipment may result in jarring and vibratory exposure.
