Vascular Technologist Sonographer

We are seeking a skilled Registered Vascular Technologist to join our team at Southwest Dermatology & Vein. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for performing ultrasound scanning for venous insufficiency, DVTs, pre-operative marking and injection guidance for endovenous chemical ablations, and assisting with laser ablations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ultrasound scanning for venous insufficiency and DVTs
  • Pre-operative marking and injection guidance for endovenous chemical ablations
  • Assisting with laser ablations
  • Helping with room and performing initial screening questions of patients presenting for vein evaluation

As a successful candidate, you will possess a positive attitude, attention to detail, ability to function independently, and a strong work ethic. Training is available for all job duties.

This is a part-time position with competitive pay and benefits. If a full-time position with benefits is desired, the applicant also has the option to work as a Dermatology Medical Assistant at Medical Assistant rates during non-RVT hours.
