Talentry LLC Seeks Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team at Talentry LLC. This role involves managing various accounting tasks to ensure the company's financial health and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Maintenance: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and business transactions in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Daily Accounting Functions: Execute journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Month-End and Year-End Closing: Assist with closing processes, including preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making and provide insights for strategic planning.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Audit Support: Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors, and assist in the annual audit process.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and systems to enhance efficiency.
  • Reporting: Generate timely and accurate financial reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of accounting experience.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software, excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
