Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Support Specialists to join our team, offering a pathway to a rewarding career within one of the nation's leading wholesale distribution firms. This role is part of our comprehensive 'Sales Support Program' designed to cultivate new talent in a supportive environment that values autonomy, recognition, and achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the residential trade customer segment.
- Assist with various sales functions, including responding to inquiries, resolving customer issues, and recommending suitable products.
- Provide hands-on support as needed, including assisting customers at the parts counter and offering backup in the warehouse.
- Prepare job quotes and deliver accurate pricing and inventory details to clients.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools and phone systems effectively.
- Collaborate with Sales associates to ensure exceptional service for both current and prospective customers.
Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of experience in sales and/or customer service is preferred.
- Knowledge of the plumbing industry is advantageous.
- A strong desire to learn and a commitment to success.
- Ability to foster collaborative relationships while balancing business and customer needs.
- Proactive approach to addressing customer needs and making timely decisions.
- General proficiency in digital tools, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation:
The estimated pay range for this position is $32.91 per hour. This role is also eligible for bonus or incentive plans.
