Job Title: Senior Logistics Manager - F-35 Program

Morgan Business Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Logistics Manager to join our team supporting the F-35 Joint Program Office in Arlington, Virginia.

Job Summary

The Senior Logistics Manager will provide senior logistics expertise for ILS areas of Avionics, Power and Propulsion, and maintenance planning. This role requires a strong understanding of logistics and maintenance principles, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement logistics support and maintainability programs or plans
  • Work on logistics and maintainability programs and with logistics and maintenance control organizations on issues such as technical evaluation and identification of weapons systems logistics requirements and resources
  • Collect, compile, analyze, investigate, research, or apply logistics, maintenance, acquisition, or financial data and information
  • Develops, modifies, prepares, or validates documentation in relation to automated logistics or maintenance data reporting systems, and management information systems
  • Attend meetings and program reviews, assist with compiling presentations, written materials, and/or electronic communications as required
Requirements
  • Experience in acquisition and/or operational logistics support/maintenance engineering
  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience supervising/directing at least 2 logistics management personnel in the performance of comprehensive analysis across the spectrum of ILS elements during a job assignment in or in support of an acquisition command
  • Prior DoD acquisition logistics support experience to include specific experience in acquisition planning and management
  • Demonstrated ability to perform independent work to provide logistics and support system effectiveness analysis, studies and evaluation in support of DoD weapons systems and equipment
  • Active DOD SECRET security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree from an institution accredited in the United States
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
  • Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
