About the Role

Pavion, a leading provider of fire protection services, is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Sprinkler Fitter to join our team. As a key member of our fire business unit, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to Work Duties: Demonstrate consistent work attendance, excellent communication skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to carry and climb step/extension ladders where needed, and lift objects up to 50 pounds when required.
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrate basic computer/tablet skills and adaptability to new technologies.
Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Licensed Massachusetts Sprinkler Fitter Journeyman.
  • Driving Requirements: Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Security Clearance: Must possess a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Software Skills: Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills.

Compensation
