  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies, such as medical and to alarms, implement appropriate emergency responses to fire, safety, and access procedures.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma/GED equivalent and the ability to complete the required security training for the position.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent customer service attitude and related experience, proficiency in use of computer programs such as Microsoft Office (Word/Outlook), ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondences, and memos.
  • Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of standing and walking outside, approximately 95% of time is spent standing or moving around inside and outside on grounds in the gardens.
