Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:

  • Greet and acknowledge customers promptly
  • Stay updated on current promotions
  • Provide detailed explanations of menu items, make recommendations, and address inquiries
  • Represent the Zaxby's brand with enthusiasm and positivity

Order and Transaction Management:

  • Accurately enter customer orders into the system
  • Process payments, operate cash registers, and manage transaction records
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records

Maintain a Clean and Inviting Environment:

  • Ensure cleanliness in guest areas, including dining areas, restrooms, and counters
  • Report maintenance issues and ensure equipment is well-maintained
  • Restock necessary supplies such as condiments and serveware
  • Keep workspaces organized and tidy

Food Preparation and Safety Compliance:

  • Prepare beverages, sauces, and other menu items in accordance with safety standards
  • Handle food and beverages following health regulations
  • Assemble and package customer orders accurately
  • Assist with kitchen and back-of-house operations as needed

Additional Duties:

  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures
  • Perform any other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum age requirement of 16 years
  • Able to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of work per week

Physical and Communication Skills:

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
  • Occasional bending, stooping, or climbing may be required
  • Regular lifting and carrying of items up to 50 pounds
  • Effective communication skills, including speaking, reading, and writing
  • Strong auditory and visual perception to respond to surroundings
  • Comfortable working in varying temperatures and environments
  • Safe handling of restaurant equipment, including knives and fryers

Zaxby's, established in 1990, is a fast-casual dining chain known for its chicken wings, fingers, sandwiches, and salads, with a significant presence across the Southern United States.
