Job Summary:

A. Duie Pyle is seeking a skilled HRIS Analyst to join our team. As an HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for the day-to-day functionality of UKG, including project support in UKG, Security Administration, Business Process Design, ATS, End User Experience, and Data & Reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide management of enterprise-wide HRIS operations to ensure alignment with HR function and Company goals
• Provide expert analyses regarding the configuration, accuracy, and efficiency of HRIS programs and internal modules
• Manage information and updates and maintain data integrity within HRIS throughout the employee lifecycle
• Partner cross-functionally with associated team members including Payroll, IT, and Accounting
• Identify risks or opportunities and recommend changes to processes which improve the delivery of HR services to the organization
• Act as a subject matter expert for continuous improvement initiatives related to HR processes and systems
• Generate reports/queries, including writing, maintaining, and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools including MS SQL, SSRS, SSIS, and Cognos.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Information Technology or Business area preferred) or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years' of HRIS experience with UKG Pro and UKG Back Office
• Analytical ability to manipulate and understand data
• Proven project management skills with the ability to coordinate and complete multiple tasks at once
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while still providing individual production goals
• Excellent judgement and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive information
• Gather functional requirements for new system enhancements, working with business owners to ensure that their requirements are outlined, work with vendors on implementing, testing solution. Implement changes in production environment
• Strong understanding of HR compliance requirements and data privacy regulations
