Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent position in a high-volume food service environment.
  • Proven track record of leading a team to achieve exceptional results and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
