Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum to promote children's physical, intellectual, and emotional growth.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Provide positive guidance and support to children, promoting social and emotional development.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with families, ensuring open communication and transparency.
  • Ensure a well-run program by developing lesson plans and building teamwork with colleagues.
  • Understand and implement Goddard's Health & Safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for children.
Requirements
  • A 2 or 4-year degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (will consider current enrollment in pursuit of a degree).
  • Minimum of 18 ECE credits.
  • EEC Certification preferred (will work with you to get certified).
  • Ability to work between the hours of 7:00AM – 6:00PM.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
