Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, ensuring adequate coverage and effective use of resources.
- Manage and maintain all aspects of maintenance equipment, including refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, and electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with all facilities department policies, standards, and procedures.
- Order and purchase new equipment, supplies, and furnishings as needed.
- Recommend or arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, renovations, and the replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Maintain accurate logs and records.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and maintain a neat and friendly appearance at all times.
Requirements:
- Multiple years of experience in facilities management, preferably in hotels or casinos.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Missouri Level II Gaming License.
