Automation Systems Specialist

The Electrical Controls Engineer is responsible for managing engineering projects to ensure they meet accuracy, deadlines, and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and modify PLC programs to optimize system performance and efficiency.
Oversee engineering releases, including technical drawings and material lists, to ensure seamless project execution.
Design and evaluate electrical systems and components to meet customer requirements and industry standards.
Manage all aspects of design, including component selection, to ensure cost-effectiveness and reliability.
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) for internal and customer reviews to ensure quality and compliance.
Provide feedback on customer requirements and design proposals to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
Travel to customer sites as needed to provide technical support and ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
5-7 years of experience with PLC programming, particularly Allen Bradley.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to drive project success.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CAD software to support project execution.

$90,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
